Next, you will visit the St. Francis Church, which is the oldest European church in India that holds significant historical value as the original burial site of the Portuguese explorer Vasco da Gama. After this, you will continue your journey to the Santa Cruz Basilica, which is a very popular church that is known for its stunning architecture and beautiful frescoes.

From there, you will head to the Mattancherry Palace, which is also known as the Dutch Palace. This 16^th-century palace features exquisite murals depicting scenes from the Ramayana and Mahabharata, and provides a fascinating glimpse into Kerala’s regal history.

Today, wake up to a refreshing new day, have a scrumptious breakfast and then you will embark on a scenic drive to Alleppey, which is known as the “Venice of the East”, as it boasts of an intricate network of backwaters featuring numerous captivating houseboat cruises.

After a short journey, you will reach Alleppey, where you will check in to your luxurious houseboat, that is equipped with all modern amenities to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. After settling into your cozy cabin, be prepared for an unforgettable cruise through the tranquil canals, admiring the raw beauty of the lush paddy fields, swaying coconut palms, and quaint villages lining the banks.

Soon, you will be served a freshly prepared, delicious lunch on the houseboat itself featuring authentic local cuisines. After lunch, you are free to either sit back and relax on the deck observing the rustic lifestyle of the communities that live around these backwaters, or you may choose to relax in your cozy cabin.

As the sun begins to set, get back on the deck, sip on a cup of tea or coffee, and watch the mesmerizing sunset over the golden waters.

After breakfast, you will bid farewell to your cozy houseboat and meet our friendly driver who will then escort you back to Kochi for your onward journey to Agatti, which is a gem in the Lakshadweep archipelago that is known for its crystal-clear waters, vibrant coral reefs, and white sandy beaches.

Upon your arrival in Kochi, you will head towards the Cochin International Airport for your flight to Agatti. On the flight, enjoy the stunning aerial views of the Indian Ocean and the scattered islands of the Lakshadweep archipelago.

Upon landing at the Agatti Airport, you will be greeted by our local representative who will escort you to your luxurious beachside resort, where you can unwind and take in the breathtaking views of the turquoise waters and the pristine beaches.

After settling in, enjoy a leisurely lunch at the resort, featuring freshly prepared local cuisines. Then you will begin your exploration of Agatti with a visit to the island’s beautiful beaches, where you can relax on the soft white sands, swim in the crystal-clear waters, or simply soak up the sun in this idyllic setting.

If you are seeking adventure, the vibrant coral reefs surrounding Agatti offer excellent opportunities for snorkelling and scuba diving (at your own expense). Here, you can discover the rich marine life, including various colourful fish, sea turtles, and vibrant corals. After snorkelling, relax on the beach and soak up the sun. The soft, white sand and the gentle lapping of the waves create a perfect setting for unwinding and enjoying the natural surroundings.

As the day progresses, you will take a boat trip around the island to appreciate its stunning natural beauty and the tranquil ambiance.

After this, conclude your day by returning to your resort in the evening to enjoy a sumptuous dinner. After dinner, enjoy a peaceful stroll along the beach, under the star-lit sky.

Later, you can come back to your cozy accommodation to settle in for a peaceful night’s sleep.

Wake up to the sound of the ocean waves and enjoy a delightful breakfast at your beachside resort. After breakfast, you will then embark on an exciting day trip to the Kalpitty Island, which is a small, yet enchanting island located near Agatti.

After breakfast, head to the jetty where a boat will be waiting to take you to Kalpitty Island. The short boat ride offers stunning views of the crystal-clear waters and the vibrant marine life that thrives in the lagoon. The gentle breeze and the sight of the turquoise waters set the tone for a relaxing and memorable day.

Upon arrival at Kalpitty Island, you will be greeted by its pristine beauty. The island is known for its white sandy beaches, swaying coconut palms, and tranquil environment. Here, you will spend time exploring the island, and taking in the unspoiled natural beauty of the island with various opportunities to spot the birds and the local wildlife.

As the day progresses, you will board the boat back to Agatti. Here, you will visit the Golden Jubilee Museum, which is the only museum on the island. This museum houses a wide range of ancient jars, wooden chests, boats, gold coins, and busts of Lord Buddha from the 9^th and the 12^th century.

After this, you can choose to either take a leisurely walk around the island or opt for cycling on the island (at your own expense). In the evening, you can also enjoy a picnic on the beach with a selection of local delicacies prepared by your resort.

Soon, you will witness a captivating sunset on the beach. After sunset, feel free to walk on the beach under the starlit sky.

Later, conclude your day by returning to your resort for a restful night’s sleep.

Then, our friendly agent who will assist you with a transfer to the Agatti Airport, from where you will board your flight back to Kochi.

Upon your arrival at the Cochin International Airport, you can board your flight back to your home or we will escort you to the railway station for your onward journey.
